Sammamish Physical Therapy
& Sports Rehab

Sammamish Physical Therapy has been caring for residents of the plateau since 2000. Our goal is to provide the highest quality care to those in need - from the senior citizen with a recent joint replacement to the high school athlete. Each patient is seen by the same therapist throughout their course of rehab, and receives care tailored to their specific needs.

Jeremy Carscallen

DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY

Jeremy's interest in physical therapy began when he had rehab for sports injuries in high school and college. Coupling his love for an active lifestyle with the satisfaction of helping people return to living their best lives made a career in physical therapy an easy choice.

Jeremy  received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2007 from Andrews University, in Michigan, and received his certification as a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2010.

When he isn't working Jeremy enjoys spending time exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest, baking sourdough bread, working out and traveling both locally and internationally.

Ryan Steinke

EXERCISE SPECIALIST

Ryan grew up in Issaquah and graduated from Issaquah High School in 2009. With health and fitness being a major focus in his life, he always wanted to pursue a career in sports medicine. He attended Washington State University in Pullman, WA and majored in Athletic Training from 2009 to 2011. With a desire to have more healthcare focused coursework and opportunities for a part-time job, he transferred to Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA. While majoring in Clinical Physiology with minors in Exercise Science & Biology, Ryan was hired to work in the Emergency Department at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital, where he worked as an ER Scribe for 18 months.

He has been working at Sammamish Physical Therapy since summer of 2016. His goal is to be accepted to Physical Therapy School or Physician Assistant School and continue on with a career in healthcare.

Outside of work, Ryan loves animals and is a current cat owner. He would like to get a puppy soon. Ryan loves watching the NBA, he is a big LA Lakers fan and is hopeful that our Seattle Sonics will return someday soon. He loves playing basketball with his friends and at the gym.
