As a courtesy to our patients we contact your insurance company to get an overview of your benefits. This, however, is not a guarantee of coverage and we recommend you also call your insurance company.

The patient is financially responsible for all charges not payable by insurance, and must pay the balance remaining within 60 days.

Co-pays are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.
